We Took a Day Off

Today we didn't set the alarm and woke up around 11:30. We had worked both days over the weekend, so we decided to take today off. We ate some breakfast and then took our pups for a walk around Lake Fayetteville.

After the 6 mile hike, Skyler went to ride two more laps around on his mountain bike and I borrowed my mom's car to do some shopping. Right now is a great time to go the mall as all the shops are clearance selling their winter gear. I bought three long sleeve shirts to wear as first layers on colder days, a quick dry t-shirt for hiking and a pair of jeans, all for under $40. Score!
